One teaspoon of cinnamon has more antioxidant power than 1 cup of pomegranate juice or a half cup of blueberries or cranberries.* Other herbs and spices rich in antioxidants include yellow curry (tumeric), red pepper, ginger, oregano, rosemary, and thyme.
